I've never seen my file - would probably make fascinating reading. My dad's (RAAF in New Guinea in WW2) is available at AWM website.
You should get a copy of your file. It won't contain much about the courses and word pictures etc.
It contains details of qualifications, postings, medicals and the bad stuff if you were a naughty boy.
