I think you have mislabelled this under shock jocks.
The article is about people, their opinions and the poor standard of expression.
This is the problem with instant access, we don't have time to stop and consider what we have written - the writer has a rant and hits the 'send' button.
They are harmless, and besides who in their right minds reads them?
I'm not so sure they're harmless. There's always the possibility of another Anders Breivik lurking in cyberspace.
